Training for employees to understand and support neurodivergent clients, customers, colleagues and students

​The chances are that someone you know, teach, or work with is affected by a neurodevelopmental condition such as  ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, or Tourette’s syndrome.

​According to the UK Equality Act (2010), all employers and educators have a duty to provide ‘reasonable adjustments’ to individuals with a neurodevelopmental condition  – but what does that actually mean, and how do you know what counts as reasonable for your organisation and the individual involved?
